The day has come, everyone, and I am extremely emotional writing this. Yes, McDonald's is FINALLY extending its breakfast hours!
The restaurant chain will be permanently extending the best menu of the day across all of its UK branches, after a series of successful trials earlier in the year.
As a result, Maccies has decided that 11am will now be the cut-off time, which feels like an extra three hours if you're as big a fan of a double sausage and egg as I am.
Michelle Graham-Clare, McDonald’s UK vice president of food & marketing, said: "We all understand the pain of missing out on a McMuffin by a matter of minutes.
"We have listened to our customers’ pleas and are delighted to extend breakfast serving time until 11am, particularly as we head into the festive season when we see a rush of latecomers searching for those all-important hash browns."
The changes will come into place next week on Wednesday 20th November, so you don't have long to wait!
You'll also have an extra 15 minutes to order if you're an Uber Eater, as the cut-off point will now be 10.45am on the app.
