A brand new street food hub has launched in Manchester city centre and you're going to want to check it out.
Project B will be fully embracing a 'beats, bites, beer' vibe with some popular food vendors already signed up to serve you some of the best street food you can find in Manchester.
The vendors currently on location are Zouk, the popular traditional Indian grill spot, Meet No Meat, a healthier but extremely tasty option, plus well-loved vendors Hobo Fried Chicken and Kebab Cartel will be on location.
As well as Project B's house burger offering, there will be plenty of top quality beers ands ales to wash down your food while a DJ provides you with an evening soundtrack.
The new project opens tonight (Friday 25th) at 5pm and then 12pm until late every Saturday and Sunday and you'll be able to find it at 8 Albion Street in the city centre (inside the old Bauer Millet garage).
The project will be open for the foreseeable future and will regularly chop and change its food vendors to ensure each visit is a unique one.
