Bored of the local kebab shop? Well it might be good news for you, because popular food delivery service Deliveroo is expanding to new areas of Greater Manchester.
The company has also confirmed it's moving into 10 new areas across the country, after a recent study claimed that the company could create 70,000 new jobs after already creating 25,000 in the UK's food and beverage industry.
Plans are also confirmed that will see the company expand into Wigan too, along with Nuneaton, Warrington, Burton-upon-Trent, Chesterfield, Mansfield, Middlesbrough, Farnborough, Harlow and Dudley.
Not only that, but they will be continuing to bring on new riders, meaning wherever you are in Greater Manchester, it's going to become increasingly more possible to order food from your favourite city centre restaurants while in the comfort of the suburbs.
Speaking recently, Deliveroo founder Will Shu said: "Deliveroo is expanding rapidly across the UK, bringing more people amazing food and helping restaurants to grow their businesses by increasing sales."
"At a challenging time for the high street, Deliveroo offers restaurants access to new customers they wouldn't otherwise be able to reach."
"As we grow, we will create more jobs on Britain's high streets, bring more revenue to restaurants, create work for more riders and, of course, bring exciting foods to offices and homes across the UK."
