In case you missed it, teenagers across the country got their GCSE results this week.
Yesterday, Thursday August 22nd, was the big day for a lot of youngsters, who found out if their hard work had been rewarded with the grades they wanted.
According to the BBC, this year there’s been a slight increase in the GCSE pass rate and percentage of top grades, despite concerns about the difficulty of exams.
And Manchester has had its fair share of good grades, with Manchester City Council sharing some of the success stories on social media.
Someone who stands out from the crowd is Ahlam from Levenshulme High School, who incredibly got the top mark in the country in her Double Science GCSE exam.
