‘Red Hot’ looking for ginger Manc lads for new nude calendar

Red Hot

You can’t deny there’s something different about ginger hair, something that no other hair colour can hope to emulate.

In popular culture it conjures up images of fiery passion when sported by women, and usually derision and on the extreme end bullying among redheaded men.

Red Hot is a project that aims to end this stigma around ginger hair, by showcasing a selection of the world’s hottest redheads in a bid to ‘re-brand the ginger stereotype’.

Now in its 7th year, their latest campaign sees them heading to the Balearic Isles on a mission to bring together the hottest ginger guys from across Europe for a 2020 calendar.

And that’s where you come in, because it’s time for the ginger lads of Manchester to show the Red Hot European Boys what they’re made of.

As well as contributing to their Kickstarter to get this incredible project off the ground (in return you’ll receive some awesome rewards), you can also apply to be a part of the calendar itself.

According to their page you can expect the following:

NUDITY (not explicit), ALL NEW MODELS, GORGEOUS BODIES, HANDSOME FACES, SUMMER VIBES, BEACH BUMS, CHEEKY PERSONALITIES, BLUE SKYS [sic], AQUAMARINE SEAS AND GOLDEN SUNSHINE, And of course... RED HAIR

They’re looking for six more ginger guys to join BK, James, Pablo, Jordan, Nicola and Dom in the new calendar. To be in with a chance you must be athletic, have an awesome personality, as well as natural red hair - of course. Also you must be available to shoot in Ibiza in early June.

Sound good? Well to enter the Red Hot European Boys model search, all you have to do is submit a couple of images of yourself in Red Hot underwear (available from here) in a message to their Instagram page.

Red Hot was originally started by photographer Thomas Knights and Art Director Elliott James Frieze, who have previously brought together Europe's top ginger lads using the power of social media.

And if all that’s not enough to get you interested, this year they’re working with the Terrence Higgins Trust, whose mission is to end the transmission of HIV in the UK, so your support will help a very worthy cause.

Ginger lads of Manchester, what are you waiting for?
