People are loving this new Percy Pig cocktail recipe and it's the perfect chance to treat yourself this weekend.
As the weeks have gone on, lockdown has proven to be the time to try something new and one woman has created her own recipe for a Percy Pig cocktail that people are absolutely going mad for.
More like a dessert than a cocktail, this DIY delight is aptly named the 'Percy Pigtini'.
It does look impressive, but don't worry because it's actually really simple to make and you don't need too many ingredients, or prior mixology skills to give it a crack for yourself as your next lockdown cocktail.
The creator of this indulgent invention is @emmascakesandcoktails on Instagram who, after a spot of experimenting with different drinks and flavours, found that the Tequila Rose Strawberry Cream liqueur and the M&S Percy Pig dessert sauce makes a one heck of a heavenly combination.
After sharing the recipe with her followers, she was met with an overwhelmingly positive response from plenty of people eager to try it out.

Fancy whipping one up yourself?
- 4/5 strawberries
- x2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- A handful of ice
- x2 tablespoons of Percy Pig dessert sauce
- x2 shots of Tequila Rose
To make the cocktail, all you'll need to do is add each of the above ingredients into a blender (that's suitable for ice) and blend the mixture to a consistency that's desired to you. Then to finish off, just decorate the glass with Percy Pig dessert sauce, pour in the cocktail and garnish with some Percy Pigs sweets on top.
If you're making this this with the kids, or just don't fancy adding the tipple, then the Tequila Rose shots are optional to the cocktail.
If you're struggling to make the trip to your nearest Marks and Spencer store, did you also know that M&S has now recently partnered with Deliveroo, meaning you can get Percy Pigs delivered right to your front door?
