Manchester is home to a large handful of incredible penthouse apartments with views to die for, and this one in Castlefield is no exception.
An apartment with a different view of Greater Manchester from every room has just gone on the market but it will cost you an arm and a leg.
The Rightmove listed luxury home is located in the 360 building on Rice Street in Castlefield and estate agents are earmarking it to sell for close to £2 million. Yikes.
The penthouse spans the entirety of the top floor of the building and boasts three bedrooms with an incredible outdoor area for you and all of your posh mates. Oh, and it has a walk-in wardrobe, obviously.
The best thing about this apartment, however, isn't the roomy wardrobe or the incredible rooftop terrace. I mean, they're great, but it's the view from each room that really makes this place stand out.
You can pretty much see every inch of Manchester from the rooms in the property, including the Town Hall, Castlefield Fort and Basis, Media City and across to Salford.
Those views can be admired from rooms such as a gym and two different kitchens, as well as sweeping hallways as long as my terrace house in North Manchester.
It's the ultimate 360 view of the city, as well as the perfect spot to host a housewarming party. Yes, whoever buys this place, I do want an invite. Cheers.
