Watch the first clip from Liam Gallagher’s new documentary

Oasis legend Liam Gallagher has released a clip from his new upcoming documentary, 'As it Was ', and it looks awesome.

The docufilm follows the Mancunian pioneer as he prepares for his classic 2017 solo Manchester Arena gig - and the greatest city in the world plays a huge role.

The film opens with Liam making his way across town, over the Mancunian way towards Deansgate and into the Manchester Arena for the December 16th gig.

Laced over the doc's intro is an interview between Liam and XS Manchester legend Clint Boon, before transitioning to a clip of him backstage a short while before the curtains open on tens of thousands of his fans.

The film - which made headlines earlier in the year when it was revealed that Liam's brother, Noel, wasn't happy about some parts of it - will also follow the Beady Eye frontman's creational journey of his debut album 'As You Were'.

And we, as well as his fans, cannot wait to see the finished product in UK and Irish cinemas June 7th.
