Harry Potter is one of those fictional series that defines generations, with young people discovering the books for the first time and older fans who fell in love with the characters back at the start all coming together to celebrate the wizarding world.
J.K. Rowling managed to create something magical - don’t mind the pun - when she penned the first book, and the following offerings have only helped to cement Harry Potter’s legendary status.
And that’s why events like the one coming to Manchester are so popular - a themed banquet called The Wizard’s Brunch & Dinner.
The Wizard’s Brunch has already taken Australia by storm, and now it’s heading over to the UK where it’ll be visiting various cities, including a top secret city centre location in Manchester on Saturday September 7th, which will be revealed very soon.
The unique experience combines dining with immersive entertainment, and you can learn spells, drink potions and eat magical foods fit for a wizard in the heart of the city.
For the ticket price you’ll get a themed three-course meal, as well as a potions class, spell casting, mysterious fortune tellers who will read your future - you can even win points for your house after getting yourself sorted by the Sorting Hat itself. And as well as owls, there will also be some massive snakes there for all you Parselmouths.
You’re encouraged to dress up as your favourite character so don’t be shy, dust off your wands and Slytherin to your best gown.
Tickets will be released mid-April and are limited, so get yourself signed up to their website if you don’t want to miss out.
