One of Manchester’s best restaurant is slashing the price on one of its best dishes this summer.
Hawksmoor has confirmed it will be plating up their renowned Steak & Chips for a tenner during August – as the Deansgate dining spot enrols in Eat Out to Help Out.
Diners can devour 300g of 35-day dry-aged rump steak, freshly-made chips and a sauce – usually £30 – for a discount price of £20; which will be reduced by a further 50% thanks to the hospitality scheme.
The offer will be available Monday to Wednesday throughout next month.
Will and Huw, the founders of Hawksmoor, have called their Steak & Chips “the best in Britain.”
Over the past 15 years, their team has worked with farmers to get their hands on a consistent supply of top-shelf beef from cattle that have been ethically reared in the UK.
The duo are strong advocates of sustainable and independent farming – which enables them to serve up higher quality meats for customers.
The Eat Out to Help Out discount (50% off food up to £10) is also available on the full Hawksmoor menu – meaning diners can also enjoy cut-price chateaubriand or lobster.
£5 corkage continues every Monday, too, allowing customers to bring in their own bottles for a fiver.
