Marcus Rashford has reportedly broken up with his long-term girlfriend Lucia Loi.
The footballer, 23, and Lucia Loi, also 23, are thought to have called it quits earlier this year, according to The Sun.
Lucia was with Marcus as he made his name with Manchester United and England as they had been dating since high school.

However, a source told the publication that despite ending things for now, there is still hope that the pair might ‘reconcile’ after some time apart.
A source close to the Manchester United star said: “After eight years together, Marcus and Lucia have made the mutual decision to part ways.

“There is a strong mutual love and respect for one another, having met at school, and there is a continued dialogue with the hope of a reconciliation in the future.”
It is reported that Lucia has moved out of the United star’s home in Manchester but that things were left ‘amicable’.

The pair first started dating in high school, or more specifically at Ashton on Mersey School in Sale, Greater Manchester.
Lucia has been seen supporting Marcus at football games over the years, including during the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
She was also by his side during his recent fight against the government in support of feeding Britain’s starving children – something that he received an MBE for back in October.

Food redistribution charity, FareShare, teamed up with the star and said donations from the England footballer and his fans have funded more than 21 million meals.

FareShare handed out the equivalent of 128.5 million meals in the year since March 23 2020 – more than double the number in the previous 12 months.
However, Marcus’s focus will now be on Manchester United’s Europa League Final game against Villarreal, which takes place on Wednesday 26th May.
Rashford’s performances on the field this year have helped Manchester United secure Champions League football next season.
He’ll also be in the England squad for the Euros, which starts in June of this year.

Popular grassroots music festival to return to hidden Manchester street with new fringe events

Manchester’s much-loved grassroots music festival is back next month, and this year, there’s some new fringe events too.
Set across a handful of popular venues up on Deansgate Mews – including The Lion’s Den, Low Four Studios and The Mews Bar – Deansgate Mews Festival is returning for its sixth year this late May bank holiday weekend.
More than 40 music artists will be performing on a mix of outdoor and intimate indoor stages.
But that’s not all, as in what’s set to be an exciting new chapter for 2026, the festival is expanding beyond its core programme with the launch of the first-ever Mews Fest Fringe too.

The inaugural Mews Fest Fringe will be hosted in a large unit within Great Northern Warehouse, which will be transformed into a ‘vibrant’ hub celebrating music, art and independent culture.
Designed as a platform for Manchester’s creative community, the festival space will welcome artists, designers, collectors, and creative entrepreneurs to showcase and sell their work while connecting with festival-goers.
At the Fringe event, you can expect everything from record sellers and vinyl collectors, to vintage clothes, arts and crafts makers, independent creatives, and even bands selling merchandise.

Already known for its strong grassroots ethos and growing reputation, Mews Fest continues to champion local talent and independent culture – but now with the addition of the Fringe event, the stage is set for its most ‘ambitious and inclusive’ edition to date.
Oh and the best bit? Both festivals will be free to attend, with no need to book tickets beforehand.
Mews Fest and Mews Fest Fringe will take over Deansgate Mews next month on late May bank holiday weekend from Friday 22 – Monday 26 May.

You can now have dinner in the actual dressing rooms at Co-op Live

Co-op Live has now launched exclusive backstage dining experiences – which means you could be having dinner inside the very dressing rooms that have hosted music megastars.
These new groundbreaking new Backstage Private Dining experiences feature menus curated by Simon Rimmer.
This will be the first time that the arena’s most exclusive artist areas have been open to guests.
There’ll be 10 selected dates from May 2026, where ticket-holders can eat dinner in dressing rooms that were previously occupied by the likes of Lady Gaga and Bruce Springsteen.
Guests will be able to choose from several packages, from intimate receptions and private three-course dinners inside the dressing rooms, to lavish extras like a Bentley chauffeur-driven arrival, live entertainment, and extended backstage access.
The most premium package will also offer access to Co-op Live’s adidas Originals recording studio.
Proceeds from the Backstage Private Dining will go towards supporting Co-op Live’s official charity partner, the Co-op Foundation, which tackles inequality and supports communities across the UK.
