The 'In It Together Festival' will take over a site in Wales in the valleys.
Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds will headline a new festival next summer, which an all-ages policy that includes allowing grandparents to attend for free.
The In It Together Festival will take over a site in Wales in the valleys, with other headliners including Two Door Cinema Club, Clean Bandit and The Vaccines.
Between June 3 and 5, 2022, Old Park Farm in Margam will be transformed into an ‘immersive world of wonder with no noise restrictions, no end to the fun and non-stop music’.
The brand new event is aiming to be a multi-genre, family-friendly, inclusive festival.
Its plans include a separate campsite for 16 and 17 year olds, a quiet campsite, and a loud campsite for those wanting to party the weekend away, as well as a luxury camping option.
To prove its inclusivity, the In It Together Festival is running a one-of-a-kind initiative to ‘bring your grandparents for free’.
Music across eight stages will include performances from Editors, Armand van Helden, Gabrielle, The Vaccines, Soul II Soul, Tinie Tempah, and Roger Sanchez.
Also on the bill will be the Symphonic Ibiza with a full 24-piece orchestra performing dance classics.
Former Oasis songwriter and Manchester legend Noel Gallagher will headline the Saturday night with his High Flying Birds.
Two Door Cinema Club will headline the opening night on Friday June 3, and Clean Bandit will close the main stage on the Sunday night.
40,000 people are expected to attend the festival, which has been created by Escape Records.
Tickets will go on sale from Friday November 12 at 10am at tickets.inittogetherfestival.com.
