The Body Coach, who said he wants to become the "nation's PE teacher" during these difficult times, took viewers through a number of exercises, including jumping jacks, punching, and squats - emphasising the importance of hydration along the way.
He also took time to explain how each of the exercises benefited the body whilst thanking people for their contributions in the comments section.
The stream also saw several parents post pictures on social media as their kids joined in and got some much-needed exercise during isolation.
