Never do the big shop when you're hungry. It's the golden rule.
Every time you walk into a supermarket with an appetite, you risk piling your trolley high with a stupid amount of snacks that cause buyer's remorse the moment you get home.
At Asda, though, you'll never have to make that mistake again.
The supermarket is becoming the first in the UK to install its very own Greggs counter - so you can chomp down on cheap pastries whilst you roam the aisles and complete your shopping spree without wasting money on five different kinds of multipacks.
Corby, Huyton, Wigan, Eastlands and Boldon will be the first Asda stores to get their own Greggs bakeries on site - and the success at these supermarkets is likely to dictate whether the concept will be rolled out nationwide.
The standard Greggs menu will be available - so all your favourites should be ready and waiting for you.
Opening dates are yet to be confirmed.
Preyash Thakrar, chief strategy officer at Asda, said: "By partnering with brands that fit with our core values of great quality and great value - like Greggs - we're excited to be able to give our customers access to something new in store that we know they will love."
Raymond Reynolds, spokesperson for Greggs, said: "We know that high quality food-on-the-go and convenience go hand in hand, and this trial gives us the opportunity to bring our range of products to more customers in new locations."
This isn't the first time Asda have partnered with a food chain to support peckish shoppers.
A number of stores have mini McDonald's on the premises, including the branches in Hulme and Trafford Park.
