Blackpool Pleasure Beach will reopen its gates “respectfully and safely” on Saturday 4 July
The popular tourist attraction will be introducing a range of new policies and procedures to ensure their amusement park remains as safe as possible for guests.
In line with current Government guidance, they will be reopening on the 4th July 2020.
Along with the new measures, a new online food ordering system has been developed allowing guests to order a selection of food during their visit from their mobile phone, which can be collected at a designated time and location. Additional outdoor seating has also been arranged in dedicated areas around the park.
Booking in advance
Make sure you book in advance online to avoid disappointment and use their new eTicket system, allowing you to enter the park as soon as you arrive.
Do not visit if you have symptoms associated with COVID-19
The Pleasure Beach is urging people not to plan a visit if they have any symptoms associated with COVID-19.
The most common symptoms of COVID-19 are recent onset of a new continuous cough or a high temperature (over 38°C) or a loss of, or change in, normal sense of taste or smell (anosmia).
They will also be performing temperature checks at the entrances.
Number of guests capped
To enable social distancing across their outdoor amusement park, they have also capped the number of guests allowed on the park on a daily basis to provide a safe and enjoyable day out.
