Parklife isn't traditionally a camping festival. But one local resident is changing that this year.
An Airbnb situated a stone's throw from Heaton Park is available to rent for the weekend - with the owner advertising the accommodation as a "luxury campsite".
The Prestwich host is setting up a four-man tent in their backyard for Parklife, serving breakfast in the morning and offering a place to charge your phone overnight.
They're even setting up a campsite-style portaloo - so you'll never lose that festival feel during the weekend. The facilities should be pretty nice, too - with the host promising to clean three times a day.
All of this is being priced at £289 per night, so if you can find three friends to tag along, you'll pay just over £70 each per evening.
For those who just can't face the chaotic Metrolink in the mornings or clambering aboard a hot sticky bus before the festival, this could be the better option. You can be out the door and inside the arena within minutes.
