It's been 15 years since the iconic music video was released for Comic Relief and now it's back.
If you think back to the music videos of 2005, which one is most memorable?
For many Brits, it's a very distinct image of Peter Kay dressed in a purple suit marching along with his arms swinging through various local locations whilst lip-syncing to '(Is This the Way to) Amarillo' that undoubtedly springs to mind.
Peter Kay's cover of Tony Christie's 1971 original song for Comic Relief was such a smash hit that it topped the UK singles chart and remained there for seven weeks.
The original video included famous Mancunians such as Bez, Shaun Ryder, Paddy McGuinness and 'Ken and Dierdre' from Corrie, as well as other legends like Brian May, Roger Taylor, Ronnie Corbett and even Mr Blobby, but this time, Peter Kay is remaking the iconic music video for the BBC's 'Big Night In' and he wants you to be a part of it.
The Boltonian comedian put the call out to fans across his social media platforms yesterday in a post that read: "Calling all Peter Kay fans and all you fabulous key workers."
"Peter is recreating his iconic Comic Relief music video to Tony Christie’s smash hit, “(Is This The Way To) Amarillo” and this time he wants to include you!"
"All in aid of the BBC’s Big Night In, Peter wants you stomping along to the original track to show your support for the night of fundraising."
"To be in with a chance of making it into his final video, we’re looking for people to film themselves marching and dancing to the original track (filmed landscape) and to upload the footage onto social media, tagging the clip with #BigNightInAmarillo".
"Then on 23rd April, you may well see your contribution on the live show."

And it's as simple as that really.
It really couldn't be easier to give it a go from home, so if you are looking to be a part of this, you'll need to act fast. Make sure you upload your video to your chosen social media platform with the hashtag #BigNightInAmarillo.
BBC's 'Big Night In', a fundraising collaboration between Comic Relief and Children in Need, airs on BBC 1 at 7pm on Thursday 23rd April.
