Jamie Oliver needs takeaway junkies for his new TV show

Jamie Oliver is often credited as the man who kicked turkey twizzlers to the kerb - now he wants to do the same to kebabs.

The TV chef is well-known for his contribution to healthier school dinners, and his new TV programme is designed to help takeaway lovers kick the habit and cook for themselves.

If you're currently living on burgers, pizza and chips - you could be an ideal candidate to star in the show.

Posting on Facebook, Oliver stated: "Guys I'm working on a new TV show and I'm looking for people who eat a lot of takeaways and want to stop relying on them and learn how to cook for themselves!!

"If you know someone who loves food but doesn't love cooking, click the link for an application form and let me know all about them!!"

For a chance to appear on Oliver's upcoming programme, all you need to do is head over to the chef's website and fill out the application form, attaching two pics of yourself in the process (one normal one, another of you whipping up a feast in your kitchen).

You'll then be asked to answer a bunch of food-related questions and rate your cooking capability, before firing over the completed form to applications@jamieoliver.com.

All applicants must be aged 18 or over and living in the UK.
