A woodland trail inspired by the forbidden forest from the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts franchise is set to open in Cheshire this autumn.
Harry Potter: A Forbidden Forest Experience – which is coming to the Grade II-listed Arley Hall & Gardens this October, just in time for Halloween – will invite all Potter-heads to “walk into the depths of a dark forest and discover fantastic beasts and iconic Wizarding World moments illuminated like never before”.
Transforming the beautiful Cheshire location into a spectacular outdoor light trail inspired by the much-loved book and film series’, guests are invited to step into a magical woodland filled with curious creatures and characters.
This will be an interactive experience that is packed with surprises around every corner.
According to the event description, fans of the franchises can: “Follow a trail through a mysterious and magical forest full of interactive moments, mesmerising lights, and theatrical illusions”.
Aspiring witches and wizards will come face to face with Centaurs, bow to a Hippogriff, cast a mesmerising Patronus and even spy some cheeky Nifflers, and that is all before stumbling upon a charming village to enjoy food and drinks under the stars and a “blazing fire” and shop official Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts merchandise.
An event suitable for all ages, with ticket prices starting at just £16, Harry Potter fans will be able to enjoy plenty of awe-inspiring activities, interactions, and photo opportunities.
Tickets will go on sale on Thursday 29 July at 10am.
