Michael McIntyre announces huge tour with two nights here in Manchester

Michael McIntyre is heading back on tour this year, and will be stopping off for two nights in Manchester.

The much-loved comedian announced his ‘Magnificent’ tour earlier this week, and tickets will go on sale this morning.

It’s been five years since Michael McIntyre last toured – back then, he sold more than four million tickets and broke box office records across the globe.

His previous stand-up tours have included a record-breaking 28 sold-out shows at London’s O2 Arena.

His trademark style of observational comedy has amassed him millions of fans and landed him with some of the biggest shows on television.

He currently presents Michael McIntyre’s Big Show on the BBC, as well as gameshow Michael McIntyre’s The Wheel.

The former is currently in its sixth series and averages more than seven million viewers, while the former has been nominated for both BAFTA and National Television Awards.

His Magnificent tour will begin on 6 September this year, with three nights in Bristol, before heading on across the nation.

Michael will perform on both 22 and 23 March 2024 at the AO Arena Manchester.

Tickets for the tour will go on sale today – Friday 17 February 17 – at 10am here.
