One of the most luxurious apartments in Manchester is up for rent, but it doesn’t come cheap.
The flat spans three floors in Beetham Tower, one of the city centre’s most recognisable landmarks.
Before the nearby Deansgate Square towers were completed, Beetham Tower was also the tallest building in Manchester by some distance, sticking straight out of the skyline.
The apartment itself, known as The Orchid Suite, has four double bedrooms and FIVE secure parking spaces.
It sprawls out across the 44th, 45th, and 46th floors, with panoramic views of Manchester and way beyond to the Peak District.
Although a pretty desirable rental prospect, the home has been on the market to rent since July 2020, according to Rightmove.
That might be partly down to the price tag. The home will set you back £22,000 per month – that’s basically a deposit on an average home in the region, each month.
It’s understood that the property belongs to Phil Neville, who has owned it for well over a decade and who has attempted to sell it on a few occasions.
The Beetham Tower apartment is also available to buy, if you’ve got a cool £2.75 million in the bank.
Inside the triplex apartment, you’ll find an entrance reception area leading through to an open-plan reception and kitchen/dining room, as well as as utility room and loo.
Downstairs on the 44th floor is a second reception room, as well as a double bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows, an office space, and a large walk-in wardrobe.

Then back up on the 46th floor are three more double bedrooms (the master has another walk-in wardrobe and a luxury en suite bathroom).
Each floor has a private terrace too.
Whoever takes on the property will be sharing the building with The Hilton Manchester Deansgate hotel and the Cloud 23 cocktail bar, as well as being able to use the hotel facilities at an extra cost.
