It’s a pretty tricky task, but someone’s got to do it.
Getting stuck into some free-flowing drinks with your friends around a table of food is a match made in heaven if you ask us, and it seems like global discount voucher website WeThrift is on the same page as it’s looking to recruit five lucky people to sample and review the best bottomless brunch spots in the country.
If that offer wasn’t tempting enough as it is, all successful candidates will be able to bring their best mate along for the ride and will be paid £150 per day while doing it.
So, how does it all work?

Well, to narrow down the list of the best bottomless brunch locations in the UK, WeThrift looked at Tripadvisor’s top 50 rated eateries offering a bottomless brunch menu, and will ask the five dedicated ‘Bottomless Brunch Testers’ to travel to ten venues within one month.

The main aim of the Bottomless Brunch Testers will be to attend, review, and rate each brunch out of 10, based on set criteria – which includes the variety of food and drinks on the menu, quantity of drinks served, number of courses, time allocated, and overall value for money.

Hours will be flexible, research can be carried out around other commitments, and the £150 is designed to cover the cost of bottomless brunch for two and travel expenses.
Why is WeThrift looking for Bottomless Brunch Testers exactly? This tempting recruitment drives follows a recent survey of over 2,000 Brits ,which revealed that over half (61%) of 18-30 year olds would choose a bottomless brunch over a lunch or dinner date with friends.

Feedback from the ‘Bottomless Brunch Testers’ will be used to determine a final ranking of the UK’s top 10 bottomless brunches.

Hopeful candidates must be aged 18 or over, have access to a smartphone or computer, be available to attend 10 bottomless brunches between the 13 June and 17 July, and get their application in before 31 May, with successful candidates being selected by 6 June.

The National Pizza Awards invite chefs from across the hospitality industry each year to submit their signature recipes in a bid to claim the coveted title of National Pizza of the Year title, providing a platform for the UK’s ultimate pizza professionals to showcase their recipes on a national scale.
Hosted by Dine Out magazine finalists face off in a live cooking showdown in front of a hand-picked panel of industry judges.
On top of a signature round, competitors take part in a technical challenge that sees them construct the best dish from a selection of ingredients, with the winner being named National Pizza Chef of the Year.

And this year, you could play a part in picking the winners.
That’s right – the National Pizza Awards has launched a nationwide search for a new judge, and the only catch (if you can even call it a catch) is that the judge will need to sample 16 of the UK’s best pizzas in a single day as chefs battle it out for the title.
It’s a tough gig, but someone’s got to do it, and if you want to be that someone, entries are now open for you to enter.
Pizzas are judged on how the they’re made, the flavour profile, how they’re cooked, the aesthetic and presentation, and the texture, quality, and consistency, as well as the choice of ingredients.
To be in with a chance, you’ll simply just need tag your favourite pizza place in the Instagram competition post, and then if that place enters the awards and makes it through to the final cook-off, you’ll be entered into a draw to become that all-important guest judge this November.
The same team behind the annual Alton Towers run is bringing a new race to Flamingo Land

Following the success of Run Alton Towers, the same team is bringing a brand-new running event to another Northern attraction with the first-ever Flamingo Land race.
Knowing how popular its forerunner is (pardon the pun), this one is already well on course to sell out.
The inaugural Alton Towers run first took place in November 2021, and now half a decade later, RunThroughUK – the biggest and fastest-growing race organiser in the country – is recreating the format over at Flamingo Land.
Landing next month, the beloved UK theme park and zoo will be joining them in holding two different distances, and you can still be part of it.
Hosted within the grounds of the wider Flamingo Land Resort, the unique route takes participants through the zoo, passing plenty of incredible animals, before continuing through the theme park alongside some of its biggest rides and amusements.
Located in Kirby Misperton up in North Yorkshire, they will be holding both 5-kilometre and 10km runs around the venue.
With the promotion and sporting events company having already comfortably proved they can hold a slick and seamless running event throughout the 500-acre plot, there’s set to be even more jam-packed sights to see as you jog zip through the slightly smaller and multi-purpose park.
As always with RunThrough dates, runners of all abilities are welcome; whether you’re chasing a personal best or simply looking for a different kind of race route, you’re sure to have a memorable time.
And yes, for those wondering: just like with its Staffordshire counterpart, you do get to stay and enjoy all the rides, wildlife and more as part of your entry fee afterwards.
