Turns out you don't have to wait until that bucket list trip to Machu Picchu to sample some amazing South American cuisine.
Peru Perdu at the Cotton Factory is gaining a terrific reputation for its deliciously authentic steaks, ceviche and pisco - and the restaurant is slashing the prices of their food and drink across January.
You can sample their mighty menu for half the usual price all month long... but that's not the only deal available.
The South American restaurant on Princess Street is also offering two courses and as many cocktails as you can manage for £30 per person, every Saturday from 10am - 5pm.
If you're sticking religiously to Dry January, don't fret - there's something for you, too.
Peru Perdu has set up a special Detox deal - which includes a plate of ceviche or green papaya salad, a smoothie bowl and a pressed juice for £15.
There's also a bottomless Yoga brunch on 12 January, featuring a 60 minute exercise class and smoothies galore.
If you've ever fancied trying your hand at making your own South American dishes, it might be worth signing up to the ceviche masterclass taking place on January 11 - where the eatery's expert chefs will teach you how to whip up Peru's most famous dish.
Yup. There's definitely never been a better - or cheaper - time to try Peruvian cuisine.
Word of warning though, one bite and you'll be hooked thereafter.
