Greater Manchester Police officers have seized £1.8m-worth of cannabis plants from a premises in Rochdale.
Emergency services were first called to reports of a fire at a building on Harbour Lane in Milnrow, Rochdale.
When GMP arrived at around 2.30pm on Saturday 12 November, they discovered a large cannabis farm.
The fire was caused by illegally-bypassed electricity connections.
1800 cannabis plants were seized from the property, which were given a street value of around £1m.

If the plants had been able to reach maturity, officers say they had a street value of £1.8m.
The plants have all been destroyed.
