HOP Vietnamese, a street food business famed for its quick service and vibrant flavours, is set to open its second location in Greater Manchester next month.
The popular eatery has secured an enviable location slap bang in the heart of the city centre, on the corner of Cross Street and Market Street.
And to celebrate its launch, HOP Vietnamese will be giving away a whopping 500 free lunches.
The brand was founded almost a decade ago by Paul Hopper, who set out to bring the vibrant street food of Vietnam to the UK in an accessible and affordable way.
The result is HOP Vietnamese, where you’ll find a fully customisable menu of Viet street food favourites, including pho noodle soup, banh mi, noodle salads and curries.
You’ll also find bubble teas, fresh lemonades, soft serve ice cream, Viet rocket fuel coffee, Viet fried chicken, corn dogs, loaded tots, candy floss desserts, and slushie cocktails.
There’s also a new kids’ menu – The HOPpy Box – plus plant-based, dairy-free and Halal options across the entire menu.
Food is always made fresh to order, and HOP Vietnamese aims to have you walking out the door with your perfect meal just three minutes after ordering it from one of their digital kiosks.
HOP Vietnamese is already a popular spot for Mancs, since opening at The Orient in the Trafford Centre in September last year.
Now it’s ready to add a new string to its bow with a 2000 sq ft, 80-cover location in the city centre, set to open on 6 September 2024.
The new location will have the brand’s first digital jukebox, which allows guests to choose the music played in the restaurant, plus a six-seater disco booth for the ultimate selfie experience.
HOP Manchester Market Street opens at 11am on Friday 6 September, and will be giving away 500 free lunches to the value of £10 to the first people who sign up ahead of the launch.
