Futsal returns to Manchester with a massive weekend of fixtures at the National Cycling Centre

A brilliant sport in its own right, some of football's brightest talents start out in futsal. Who knows, maybe you could spot a future star.

At long last, the FA National Futsal Series is finally back in Manchester this weekend with an exciting round of fixtures on the cards.

Returning to what many call the ‘home of futsal’ after nearly a whole year, the National Cycling Centre at Manchester Velodrome will be hosting the latest round of this year’s National Fustal Series (NFS) season, with fans expected to turn out in their droves.

With six games scheduled for this Saturday and Sunday across Men’s and Women’s Tier One, including both Manchester and Bolton Fustal Club.

Moroever, with the home side currently second in the league after nine games and right on the tails of leaders Bloomsbury, there are some serious points to play come Sunday.

The best part of all is a family pass (two adults, two kids for £10), under 16s can come along for just £2, students for £3 and adults tickets will only set you back a fiver.

With all of the amenities of the National Cycling Centre at your disposal too, going along to a game of fustal really is one of the most fun and affordable ways to watch some sport and fill your weekend.
