Loads of cinemas across Greater Manchester are offering film fans the chance to grab £4 tickets this weekend.
In case you weren’t aware, tomorrow (Saturday 31 August) is National Cinema Day.
The annual event is all about celebrating the magic of going to the movies, and is loved by cinephiles nationwide thanks to the fact you can usually get your hands on cut-price tickets to see a bunch of new releases at several different cinema chains – including Vue, Cineworld, Odeon, Showcase Cinemas, and more.
Delighted to confirm that #NationalCinemaDay is back next Saturday 31 August!

Many participating cinemas will also be bringing back much-loved classics too, many of which may not’ve been shown on the big screen in years.
Alien: Romulus, It Ends with Us, and Deadpool & Wolverine are just some of the new films you can grab tickets for this Saturday, while families can also round up the little Mancs and head to their nearest cinema to enjoy some of the most hotly-anticipated sequels like Inside Out 2 and Despicable Me 4.
As well as those new releases, cinema chains such as Vue, Cineworld, and Odeon, will also be screening anniversary films like The Terminator, and Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban too.
Hundreds of cinemas across the UK will be taking part in the annual event.
Here in Greater Manchester, there’s plenty of venues in each of the 10 boroughs signed-up to participate in the bargain £4 cinema tickets offer.
