Nell’s is hosting a Women’s World Cup watch party for the Lionesses’ opening match at Kampus
The Women's World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023 kicks off on Thursday, 20 July and we've just found you the perfect place to watch England get underway.
Nell’s are celebrating the start of the Women’s World Cup by hosting a watch party for the Lionesses’ opening match on Saturday, 22 July at their Kampus location.
The Manc pizza kings and ice cream sandwich connoisseurs have really been ramping up the festivities at their newest site over in the ever-growing Kampus and following their most recent success — a free festival over Glastonbury weekend — they are now providing the best place to cheer on the Lionesses.
With the tournament starting next week, the excitement is starting to spread ahead of England’s women’s team playing their first game against Haiti on Saturday, 22 July and with everything Nell’s are promising to offer up to punters, it’s going to be a belter.
Teaming up with Manchester-based women’s and LGBTQ+ inclusive football team, Rain One Me FC, Nell’s will be slinging slices of ‘za and frozen margaritas all day long and plenty more.

Not only will they be serving special breakfast pizza for FREE but the bar is also open from 10am (god do we love that time difference) and members from Rain On Me FC will be spinning tunes to kick the party off once Sarina Wiegman and the girls get things off to a winning start. You know it’s happening.
You had us at free pizza and drinking from 10 — and who knows, if it goes down a storm then maybe they’ll do the same for the following fixtures.
Better still, entry costs absolutely nothing and although the official Lionesses watch party event is set to end at 3pm, Nell’s at Kampus will be carrying on as it usually does after the full-time whistle blows. You can find out more information HERE.
It’s going to be a brilliant summer all-around over at Kampus and we can’t wait for Saturday, 22 July. Come on, girls, bring it home!
