New ‘Spanish Bottomless Brunch’ with tapas and free-flowing sangria launches in Manchester
The Beeswing, Baraxturi, and Levanter all in one? We're listening.
A popular wine bar in Manchester has just launched a new ‘Spanish Bottomless Brunch’ with tapas-inspired dishes and free-flowing drinks.
The Beeswing has already been making a name for itself as a go-to hotspot for wine lovers in Manchester city centre – and now, its brand-new bottomless brunch event is only set to give even more people the chance to discover why it’s becoming so well known and loved.
The little wine bar and kitchen that’s tucked away down at Manchester‘s coolest waterside neighbourhood, KAMPUS, has now officially kicked-off ‘Domingo’.
It comes after the bar relaunched with a Spanish tapas-style food menu in collaboration with fellow independent Greater Manchester eateries, Baraxturi and Levanter – which were formerly based in Freight Island, and Ramsbottom in Bury, respectively – back in January, and it’s been going down a treat ever since.
With the first instalment of the bound-to-be-beloved event having happened this Sunday just gone, ‘Domingo’ – which means ‘Sunday’ in Spanish – is now running every Sunday, and it’s what The Beeswing is calling its “answer to bottomless brunch”.
It features a curated collection of classic Spanish brunch dishes to be served alongside free-flowing mimosas, sangria, and Bloody Marys.
For the pretty-impressive price of just £35 per person, hungry foodie fans can take their pick from a menu of Spanish-inspired brunch dishes like smoky shakshuka, Ibérico eggs benedict, and chickpea and romesco eggs.
Guests can sip on bottomless drinks from a select menu for a full 90-minutes to perfectly accompany the dish of their choice.
Created with Baratxuri to “bring gorgeous Spanish food to Kampus”, just like The Beeswing’s newly-launched main menu, the select ‘Domingo’ bottomless brunch offering will also be available to order a la carte from 10:30am-4pm at the next event.
