A huge Stevie Nicks gig that was set to take place in Manchester this week has been postponed.

The rock legend, famed for her work with Fleetwood Mac as well as her impressive solo career, was meant to play at the Co-op Live on Tuesday 9 July.

But due an injury, the star has now pulled out of the scheduled gig, as well as her Glasgow date which was called off just hours before doors opened.

In a statement shared on Instagram stories over the weekend, it was announced that Stevie Nicks requires a ‘minor surgical procedure’ which will put her out of action for ‘a few days’.

A new date for Stevie Nicks’ Manchester show hasn’t yet been announced.
