Hell’s Kitchen chef Josie Clemens is coming to Manchester next month and will be hosting three very special tasting dinners at Manchester vegan restaurant Allotment.
The 25-year-old chef first appeared on our screens as part of Hell’s Kitchen: Young Guns back in 2019. At the time, she won our hearts by apologising to her chicken and confessing that she’d had a crush on Gordon Ramsay since she was a teenager.
Now, she’s about to land in Manchester with three exceptional tasting menus featuring some “once in a lifetime” vegan dishes – giving fans a chance to meet her, ask questions and devour some of her incredible food.
Working in collaboration with the Allotment Vegan Eatery team as well as with bartenders from neighbouring secret vegan cocktail bar Speak In Code, guests will be treated to the option of paired seasonal cocktails or a selection of carefully curated wines to enjoy alongside their dishes.
There will be three sittings taking place between 12 and 13 August, starting with a ten-course dinner on the Thursday evening.
This will be followed on the Friday, with ticket options for either a six-course lunch or a ten-course dinner. Prices for lunch start at £40 per head. For the ten-course tasting dinner this increases to £70.
If you want to opt for the additional wine pairing, it’s another £29 on top.
As well as getting to enjoy a magnificent dinner from this iconic chef, the event will also include a Q&A session where guests can ask questions about her experience on Hell’s Kitchen and her veganism and activism.
There will also be an opportunity for the customers to take photos with Josie during the events.
Tickets can be purchased via Eventbrite or alternatively, you can email directly to request a specific time slot.
Lunch will run between 12 – 4 pm, whilst dinner will run between 6 – 8 pm.
