Wagamama has revealed how to make the fan favourite Chicken Katsu Curry

Here's your next chance to attempt recreating a dish from your favourite restaurant.

Wagamama has delighted fans across the UK by releasing the recipe and a step-by-step video for how to make one of its best loved dishes, right from the comfort of your own home.

That's tea sorted then.

Without a doubt, one of the most popular choices on the menu of this Asian cuisine restaurant chain is the Chicken Katsu Curry. According to the Wagamama recipe, this dish is made with either "chicken or vegetables coated in crispy panko breadcrumbs, covered in an aromatic curry sauce, served with sticky rice and a side salad" and it's a firm fan favourite.

Wagamama first teased the ingredients for the recipe on social media a few days prior and then invited fans back to take part in a follow-along video tutorial later in the week.

In the first of the 'Wok From Home' series on the official Wagamama social media channels, the chain said: "we asked you guys what you wanted to cook this week and it looks like a lot of you are missing your katsu fix".

It then shared an eight minute video of executive chef, Steve Mangleshot, guiding through the method of making the Chicken Katsu Curry.

Method
