One of Manchester’s most innovative pop-up cocktail bars has relocated to a new outdoor terrace area in Spinningfields.

Clubhouse – which proudly made its name as one of the city centre’s craziest cocktail bars thanks to its time at the popular independent food, drink and retail destination, Hatch – has decided to move onto pastures new.

It’s time to bring the party to another corner of Manchester.

Now that ‘Step Two’ in the government’s roadmap to lifting England’s current national lockdown has commenced – which crucially allowed hospitality businesses to reopen for outdoor service only – Clubhouse has opened up a brand new drinking terrace at Leftbank in Spinningfields.

And after a successful first week, it’s already getting booked up fast by fans of the bar’s unique cocktail offering.

It may be a different location, but Clubhouse is still bringing the usual party atmosphere that regulars already know and love.

The brand new terrace area boasts an overhead canape, atmospheric fairy lights, and outdoor heaters to keep you warm on those typical chilly and rainy Manchester nights.

The eclectic cocktail menu includes stand-outs such as the Espresso Creme (£8) with bourbon, espresso liqueur, coffee, custard syrup and a custard cream, the Unicorns N Stuff (£8) with pink gin, strawberry liqueur, marshmallow syrup, sour mix and topped with a big marshmallow flump, and the fan-favourite Tropical Margarita (£9) with tequila, melon liqueur, tropical juice, passionfruit puree and Haribo Tangfastics.
