New York-style pizzeria and bar Nell’s has just launched a brand new cocktail menu as it readies itself for a huge Easter party this weekend.
The popular pizza spot, which has kitchens inside Kampus, NQ favourite Common and Chorlton bar The Beagle, has just dropped a new list of drinks to coincide with the arrival of spring in Manchester.
This weekend, the team will be throwing a party at Nell’s Kampus restaurant to celebrate. The night will see the restaurant launch its new Saturday night event Hot Take with a DJ set from Manchester-based duo Joy Social, hosted in collaboration with GigPig.
The party will also see Nell’s introduce its new weekend happy hour deal.
With cocktails priced at just £6 and shots at £2.50 between the hours of 8pm and close, from Friday to Sunday the new happy hour offers drinkers the perfect opportunity to get acquainted with its new cocktail list.
Highlights include a new frozen slushy-style pink grapefruit margarita, and the classic red wine-topped New York sour.

As for shots, meanwhile, party-goers can expect to find delicious pickle backs on offer alongside lemon and basil drops and an intriguing-sounding shot of ‘Wray and slay.’
Add to that special Easter pizza the Spring Fling – a riot of miso basil pesto mayo, burnt spring onion and miso cream base with chicken and peas topped with lime pickled red onion and parmesan – and it certainly sounds like a tempting weekend option.

Even better, all proceeds from the special pizza will go towards supporting Manchester-based homelessness charity Coffee4Craig.
