Aldi’s viral heated blanket is back in UK stores today just in time for winter

It's over 40% cheaper than others on the market too.

Aldi has announced that its viral heated blanket is back in UK stores from today after it absolutely flew off the shelves last year.

As the rising cost of living crisis sadly continues to make its impact felt for thousands nationwide, and on the same day Ofgem has announced the energy price cap will rise by 5% to £1,928 from January, Aldi has also decided today’s the perfect time to relaunch a lineup of some of its best-selling winter warming products.

And that includes the return of one of last year’s biggest sell-out Specialbuys in a bid to “keep costs down” as we head into the colder months this winter.

We’re talking about the Heated Throw, of course.

The budget supermarket retailer‘s viral Heated Throw is said to be “a great option for staying warm at home without turning the heating on”.

Setting you back just £39.99 and made from a super-soft fleece material for maximum comfort, the massively-popular product takes just minutes to heat up and features nine different heat settings to ensure the optimum temperature, which makes it the ideal accessory for working from home or cuddling up on the sofa.

It also includes overheat protection settings too, so shoppers can relax with peace of mind.

The best bit? Aldi’s version is an absolute bargain in comparison to some of the others on the market right now, and you can even save up to 43% more than if you bought a similar product from retailers like John Lewis or Lakeland.

The Heated Throw isn’t the only winter accessory making a comeback in UK stores this week, as you can also get your hands on a range of different electric blankets, hot water bottles, and sleeping eyemasks in a bunch of different stylish colours if you head to your nearest Aldi – with prices starting from just £4.99.

There’s also a brand-new Foot Warmer Hot Water Bottle (£4.99) hitting the middle aisle, which has a built-in pocket that’s perfect for sliding your feet into and keeping toes toasty.
