Avril Lavigne is coming back to Manchester on a huge tour this spring.
The Canadian singer will be hitting the city next year with her Head Above Water world tour.
Famous for classic tracks like Sk8er Boi, Complicated and Girlfriend, the pop legend has released six studio albums.
Avril Lavigne is coming to Manchester and honestly my inner child is screaming— Evie ?? (@evieontheshore) October 15, 2019
Avril will be visiting the UK as part of the European leg of the tour, which is to promote said Head Above Water album.
The tour is already underway in the US, and after visiting America and Canada she’ll be over here this spring.
She’ll be playing at the Manchester O2 Apollo on Thursday 2nd April, one of only few UK dates.
I would like to make a case for 'Complicated' by Avril Lavigne being the greatest song of all time.— Montega Bibby (@bibbyblanco) October 15, 2019
And in even better news, £2 from each ticket sale will be donated to The Avril Lavigne Foundation to support people with Lyme disease and other serious disabilities or illnesses.
