Foo Fighters UK Tour tickets Manchester date

Music legends Foo Fighters have officially announced their first UK tour since the death of their beloved drummer Taylor Hawkins, having teased they would return to Britain earlier this month.

Informing fans that they would make the trip back over the pond at some point, the legendary American rock group gave no indication as to when the exact dates would be, only stating that “we’ve always done this together” and signing off by adding, “see you soon”.

Now, confirming a new leg of shows across the Foo Fighters‘ social media pages, the band have revealed a slate of UK shows set for 2024, with the first of which starting right here in Manchester on 13 June at Emirates Old Trafford Cricket Ground.

There’s even going to be support from Wet Leg and Loose Articles! This is going to be massive.

The ‘Everything Or Nothing At All’ Tour starts right here in 0161.

With the six-piece now restored to full strength thanks to new drummer Josh Freese having played his first batch of shows alongside his new musical teammates, the Foo Fighters looking raring to go and get back to doing what they do best: selling out arenas.

Their ‘surprise set’ at Glastonbury provided just that, turning up as the not-so cryptic ‘Churn-Ups’ before revealing themselves to hundreds of thousands at Worthy Farm and even going on to share the stage with our very own Manc music legend, Johnny Marr.

With a new album, But Here We Are, already under their belt and now having gone straight back into playing one of the biggest festivals in the world, it was a welcome back that proved even the toughest obstacles couldn’t stand in their way — Taylor would have been proud.

Pre-sale tickets for the Manchester gig go live on Wednesday, 28 June and end 10pm Thursday, with general admissions available from 9am on Friday.
