A festival celebrating all things 1990s rave culture is heading back to the north west this summer, with a huge day of nostalgia and music.
Save the Rave: Outdoor 90s Festival will be rocking up in Southport in July to throwback to a time when rhythm was a dancer and groove was in the heart.
Now in its third year, ticket-holders can expect to hear the decade’s biggest dance floor fillers piped out across Victoria Park.
That means we’ll all be dancing to DJ set that will include songs from Fatboy Slim, Ultra Nate, Faithless, Baby D, Livin’ Joy, and The Chemical Brothers.
And there in person will be a huge 90s line-up including UltraBeat, Flip & Fill, Dave Pearce, Phats & Small, K-Klass, Angie Brown, Marcella Woods, 2Funky2, Lee Butler, The Wideboys , Billie Clements and many more huge acts still to be announced.
In addition to the music will be street food trucks, pop-up gin and prosecco bars, crazy festival decor, confetti cannons and loads of other surprises.
The event comes from Seaside Weekender, which will be bringing live entertainment to Southport across one massive weekend in July.
Save the Rave: Outdoor 90s Festival will take place at Victoria Park in Southport on Saturday 22 July 2023.
Tickets are on sale now with Skiddle.
