Manchester cookery school Food Sorcery has built its name on teaching guests how to create restaurant-quality meals at home, with fun classes that range from bread-making and patisserie to Thai, Italian and beginners classes.

With all classes led by a team of professional chefs, the Didsbury-based cookery school has been a fixture in south Manchester for years – pulling in couples, friends, groups, colleagues and families to enjoy a foodie experience.

Now, it’s gearing up to host a fresh batch of eager cooks at its snazzy new venue on Deansgate Square.

Having quietly opened in November last year, to date the light and airy site has already hosted a range of team-building events and private parties with cocktail masterclasses and wine tastings a popular choice amongst corporate bookings.
