Travel agent On The Beach has tried to bottle up the magic of Love Island – quite literally.
The holiday firm says it ‘captured bottles of Balearic air’ from the east coast of Majorca on Monday night, while 11 singles entered the villa looking for love.
They claim that once uncorked, they Love is in the Air bottles are ‘guaranteed to spice up the atmosphere in any room’.
The bottles of pure Majorcan air were gathered as the nation sat back to watch a new flock of beautiful young people heading into the Love Island villa.
The hit ITV2 dating show kicked off on Monday night, with a new villa, new contestants and a new twist – the public have had the power to choose the couplings for the first time.
And the beautiful location definitely caught people’s eye too – On the Beach said it saw a 110% increase in searches for holidays to the island last night.
The Love is in the Air stunt has been created to tie in with On The Beach’s range of holidays to Majorca, with seven-night stays on the Love Island starting from £329pp.
The bottles are available to claim on any of On The Beach’s social media channels.
Zoe Harris, Chief Customer Officer at On the Beach, said: “The Majorcan air was filled with anticipation, the potential for love and a lot of heat on Monday night and we wanted to bring that air back to the UK so that customers could get the chance to spice up the atmosphere in their own home.
“It seems that customers want to sample this air for themselves too as we saw a huge increase in the number of searches for holidays to Majorca last night.”
