The T-Birds and Pink Ladies are coming to Manchester, with free-flowing drinks and bottomless popcorn available all throughout the film.

Initially released as a musical in 1971 before becoming a smash-hit film starring John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John, Grease depicts the lives and love story of greaser Danny Zuko and Australian transfer student Sandy Olsson at Rydell High.

Now, events company Project Popups is giving fans a chance to watch the wildly-popular film at a bottomless ‘singing cinema’ coming to Revolution Oxford Road next month.

During each 90-minute immersive event, Project Popups invites you to “step into [the] cinema and enjoy the biggest sing-along films with props to help you sing your heart out.”

Everyone is encouraged to “join in, dress up and have the time of your life.”

The event is bottomless – which means you can tuck into popcorn, sip Aperol Spritz, Prosecco, Bloody Marys and beers – all while you sing along to your heart’s content.

Alternatively, you can skip the booze and just stick to the popcorn and film if you wish.
