Sacha Lord is giving away free chippy teas in north Manchester this weekend
'Merry Christmas'
Sacha Lord is digging deep again this coming weekend to give away free fish and chips.
The night time economy adviser and Parklife boss said he wants to encourage footfall to a local independent.
It echoes his stunt from this summer where he paid for everyone’s food and drink at The Thirsty Korean in Chorlton, triggering huge queues down the street.
But this time, Sacha is turning his attention to the much-loved British classic of a chippy tea.
He’ll be footing the bill at a north Manchester favourite for four entire hours, encouraging people to come and eat and drink as much as they want.
Anyone is welcome to visit Frankie’s Fish Bar on Hill Lane in Blackley this Sunday to grab themselves a free meal.
It’s another Christmas present from the WHP boss, who has also been promoting a handful of local independents on the biggest screen in the city centre, free of charge.
Announcing the news of his chippy giveaway today, Sacha Lord said: “Eat as much as you want, drink as much as you want, this is on me.
“This coming Sunday, December 17th, between 3pm and 7pm, I’m going to be at Frankie’s Fish Bar on Hill Lane in Blackley. Come and join us, this is on me.
“This is all about supporting those independent hospitality businesses and giving them that footfall that they really deserve. And what better place to choose than a good old traditional chippy?
“Everybody can get free food and drink. Merry Christmas.”
