If you want to feel like you’re living in the famous magical world of Harry Potter created by J.K. Rowling, you’ve got two choices.
One: You can sit tight and wait for an owl to swoop into your room and drop off your overdue invitation to the school of witchcraft and wizardry.
Or two: You can just head to Aldi – which has launched a brand new range of Harry Potter merchandise. The new range will be available in stores and online from May 24 – but you can pre-order items now.
The budget supermarket has all the Hogwarts-themed stuff you need to do a bit of magic redecorating during lockdown – but remember, everything is part of Aldi’s Specialbuys, so once it’s gone, it won’t be restocked.
Patterned bedsheets, LEGO sets, board games (including Trivial Pursuit), and even Harry Potter dolls are up for grabs – giving you the chance to kit out your home like a Gryffindor dorm room.
There’s even backpacks and cuddly toys available, along with a mysterious-looking Tom Riddle diary that turns writing invisible…
Oh, and there’s even an invisibility cloak which, along with the Wow! Stuff app on your smartphone, you can watch yourself magically “disappear” on camera.
But this is just a drop in the Black Lake. Aldi has actually summoned enough Harry Potter merch to fill a whole Hogwarts – and many of the items are still in stock.
Want proof? Head over to the Aldi website and just type “Harry Potter” in the search bar.
Dozens of incredible accessories will soon appear.
Just like magic.
