Eagle-eyed shoppers have spotted an unmissable deal at B&M this morning and it looks perfect for the socially-distant summer party season.
B&M is once again bringing those half-price bargains and this time, the deal is coming in the form of a huge garden party marquee that is, according to the product description, ideal for get-togethers of all kinds and can hold up to 30 people at once.
It’s also perfect for our typical Mancunian ‘summer’ weather too, of course.
The Original Gazebo Garden Party Marquee is usually on sale at B&M stores for £60, but the price has now been slashed to just £30.
A post featuring the product was shared to the ever-popular Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group on Facebook this morning and already has many eager shoppers seeming keen to head to their nearest B&M branch in the hopes of getting their hands on a tent.

Proving extremely popular in just less than an hour, the post has already gone on to amass hundreds of interactions and comments from group members sharing the news of the bargain product with their friends and family
Although the caption mentioned that the deal is available at B&M stores “everywhere”, it unfortunately wasn’t mentioned in the social post where the photo was snapped at, so hopefully this unmissable offer is available at your local store, but it may be a case of keeping your fingers crossed.

The Original Gazebo Garden Party Marquee is available now at B&M for just £30.
Whilst your at it, you can also grab yourself a pack or two of Lotus Biscoff & Go – yesterday’s featured B&M bargain deal – which are also down half price to 59p, or two-for-£1.
If you are planning on heading to B&M to grab yourself this bargain ready for the summer, then it’s advised that you always check the opening times of your local branch before making any trips in store.
The COVID-19 pandemic may have taken its toll on industries of all shapes and sizes over these past few months, but supporting local/independent business has never been more important than it is right now.

Comedy is being prescribed instead of antidepressants as part of UK trials
Emily Sergeant
Trials are currently underway to see if comedy could be an alternative to antidepressants as a way to reduce NHS costs.
UK tech company Craic Health has secured important funding for its ‘comedy on prescription’ project that’s aimed at helping the Government work with the comedy industry, communities, and organisations on comedy-based social prescriptions in the hope that they can solve financial struggles within the NHS.
The groundbreaking scheme uses stand-up shows and workshops to help people who are isolated, lonely, and vulnerable.
Craic believes comedy is an ‘untapped opportunity’ to improve health and wellbeing, and has a goal to make comedy easier to access, so that it can help communities experience its mental health and social benefits.
To achieve this, the company has started trialling Comedy-on-Prescription experiences in the UK – starting in London, with the potential for expansion – which includes things like curated comedy panel game show events and workshops, and general stand-up comedy shows at some of the capital’s world-famous venues.

“Mental health issues like loneliness, isolation, and stress are more common than ever,” the company explains.
“So much so that it’s projected that by 2030, mental health problems, particularly depression, will be the leading cause of mortality and morbidity globally, [but] in this challenging world, comedy stands out as a universal language that breaks barriers.
“Research shows that comedy and laughter have powerful effects – they bring people together, create positive connections, and make life more enjoyable.”
Craic Health says that social prescribing, of which Comedy-on-Prescription is a part of, is all about inclusivity, which makes it making it suitable for people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities.
Its focus is on personalised support, tailored to individual needs and preferences.
