Do you spend every other night banging on your neighbour's door pleading with them to shut up?
Or perhaps you're the culprit who regularly receives angry visits?
It turns out that Manchester doesn't have a great record for noisy neighbours - with the latest figures showing more than 15,000 complaints registered in the city for noise complaints since 2017.
According to figures collated by CompareMyMove, this makes Manchester the fifth most disruptive place to live in the UK.
Types of incidents recorded during the period included raucous parties, dogs howling through the night and construction racket.
The "King" of noisy cities, however, is Leeds - with 27,316 grievances lodged in the past three years.
Glasgow came second with 20,521, followed by Belfast (20,261), Birmingham (15,643) and then our lovely, loud city.
Southampton, Liverpool, Leicester, Sheffield and Bradford also made the top ten.
